Adventure Unlimited Outdoor Center offers River canoe trips, kayak trips on the Grand River, Overnight river trips and stand up paddleboard trips near Milton, Florida. For beginners… canoe lessons, kayak lessons and Stand Up Paddleboard lessons are available before your trip.

With as many activities as Adventures Unlimited offers, it is not a question of what to do, but how to fit it all into your retreat! And we don’t think that is a bad problem to have. Let our wonderful staff help to facilitate your retreat planning and tailor the experience to your needs.

Camping

Tent Sites (pet-free)
$30.00 per night for up to 6 people. $5.00 for each additional person per night. Only one tent per site. Hook-up sites have 30 amp electric hookups and water. YOU need to bring a 30 amp adapter for campsites. Pet and alcohol free campground. Please note: Summer holidays tent camping is $40.00 per night with a three night minimum. plus 12.5 tax

Pop-Up and small RV sites (pet-free)
$40.00 per night for up to 6 people, $5.00 for each additional person per night. 50 amp hook up available, please request if needed. Please note: Summer holidays pop-up/RV camping is $50.00 per night with a three night minimum. plus 12.5 tax Class A Campers and Pet-Friendly campsites $50.00 per night for up to 6 people, $5.00 for each additional person per night. 50 amp hook up available. Group Campsite I (#19): $5.00 per person per night (20-person minimum) plus 12.5% tax No electric hook up. 3-night minimum (summer holidays) Group Campsite II (#20): $5.00 per person per night (10-person minimum) plus 12.5% tax No electric hook up. 3-night minimum (summer holidays) Note: Group campsites do not have electricity or water hook-ups Please call Jo Dee Cattrell at 850-889-2180 for groups of 10 or more people on group campsites. 12.5% tax; all campsites have 30 amp electric hook up. There are now eight sites with 30/50 amp hook up. If you are a tent camper, you will need an adapter. If you do not have an adapter, you may purchase on at the AU shop for $14.99 plus tax. . The Main Campground is pet and alcohol free. There is a secondary group of four campsites on the north end of Adventures Unlimited that are reserved for Class A RV’s and campers with pets.

RIVER ADVENTURES

Discover the fun of Canoeing, Kayaking, Tubing, Paddle Boarding and Camping with Adventures Unlimited at Coldwater Creek. Be brave. Take risks. Nothing can substitute experience. – Paulo Coelho Canoe, kayak, tube or SUP down clear, flowing streams past secluded, sugar-white beaches, through the Blackwater River State Forest of Northwest Florida. Adventures Unlimited is a short drive from Pensacola, Navarre, Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Panama City, Mobile, and Montgomery, just to name a few. At Adventures Unlimited, you have the opportunity to experience canoeing unlike anywhere in the world. The spring-fed rivers flow at an average depth of two to three feet (some places are six feet deep or deeper) over a soft, sandy bottom through a pristine state forest. White sand beaches dot the banks, which are perfect for swimming, sunning and picnicking.

ZIP ADVENTURES

Soar through the air and get a bird’s eye view of the forest, beaches, and river below. Adventures Unlimited’s Zip Adventures combines the adrenaline rush of a zip line canopy tour with the beauty of Northwest Florida’s pristine longleaf pine forest and Coldwater Creek. IF YOU DO NOT SEE A TOUR THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS (i.e. time, number of openings) PLEASE CALL 850-623-6197 for assistance. Zipline Weight Restrictions and Other Information While we do not have an age requirement, fliers must be between 70-250 lbs and at least 4’6″. Check our website or call 850-623-6197 for flight times and reservations. There are no refunds or rescheduling for no-shows or late arrivals.

We also have a thrilling zipline tour, where you and your group can fly through the skies over Coldwater Creek across seven platforms. Adventures Unlimited is staffed by courteous, experienced, and industrious employees, dedicated to doing the work while you have the fun.

SECLUDED CABINS

Secluded (non-primitive) cabins have indoor kitchens, baths, air conditioning, and all necessary linens. Additionally, each has a charcoal grill, fire ring, picnic table, and a hammock. Primitive cabins have beds, air conditioning, a bathhouse in reasonable proximity, a charcoal grill, fire ring, picnic table, and hammock. We have a 3-night minimum, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and a 2-night minimum the remainder of the year. You must be 21 yrs of age or older to rent our cabins.
