The former Magnolia Beach Campground is under new ownership and is now "The Hideaway.” We are a camping retreat in Navarre, FL that is receiving a beautiful new facelift. Nestled under mature Oak and Magnolia trees, The Hideaway is where you go to reconnect with nature and one another the old fashioned way, in person.

Formerly Magnolia Beach Campground, The Hideaway Retreat is an Old Florida-style campground in Navarre, FL, with white gravel roads, mature oak, and magnolia trees, and naturally landscaped RV sites placed sporadically throughout the property in vintage style creating a comfortable and inviting space. Like camping used to be. With 371 ft. of private beach on the Santa Rosa Sound and the many trees throughout our 5 acres, The Hideaway Retreat offers more shady and relaxing spots than most campgrounds throughout Florida, which is just one reason our loyal guests love our little camp. Our happy campers also love our friendly and welcoming nature, so, it's no wonder they quickly become a part of our Hideaway Family. Your pets will love The Hideaway too, as we are the only local campground that allows your dogs to run free on our private beach! After all, they're family too right?

The Hideaway Retreat is located between the beautiful beaches of Destin Florida and Pensacola Florida in Navarre Florida, what some call "Old Destin." Not to mention, we are located only minutes from our award-winning Gulf of Mexico beach. Also known as "Florida's Most Relaxing Place." The Hideaway Retreat is a place for adventure and natural wholesome entertainment in the beautiful outdoors. So, relax on our oversized deck overlooking the water and bring your fishing pole beacuse our 400 ft. fishing pier will be open soon, and it doesn't even require a fishing license! In the busy lives that we lead today, our Old Florida-style campground in Navarre, FL, takes you back to a quieter, slower, and more gracious time. With technology and social media consuming our lives and taking away from interpersonal relationships, The Hideaway takes you back to the basics and inspires you to be present in the moment and with one another. The Hideaway connects you with the wonder and magic of the natural world and feeds your soul, something we could all use more of in these modern times. The Hideaway is a quaint boutqiue RV campground full of classic charm and character with a cozy environment of only 50 RV sites, 10 tent sites, and a little blue house with stunning views of the Sound. This little Florida gem has a 1930’s camp lobby, a soon-to-open fishing pier, a new laundry faciity, newly renovated bathouse to be completed soon, and other amenities coming soon that will encourage family time and togetherness such as: Walking Trails Bocce Ball Bicycles So, please pardon our progress while we transform this little rare gem into the beautiful diamond she is.
