Congratulations! You have found, at least in our opinion, the best little RV Park in Pensacola! Take a drive through our 12 serene acres. Meet our happy campers, take a tour of our beach trolleys, and discover cool and funky art along the way. We hope you will appreciate our unapologetic admiration for the United States of America and its military.

Rates are all inclusive: Nightly $40 Weekly $200 Monthly $475 plus electric. (pull through sites are $600 plus electric)

Discounts

We are a family owned RV park, located just North of N.A.S., the home base for the U.S. Navy BLUE ANGELS, and we strongly believe in saying thank you to anyone in our military. We further extend this appreciation to anyone actively working to protect and serve us.

We express this appreciation by giving a 10% nightly or weekly discount for: - Active Duty Military - Law Enforcement and Firefighters - First Responders, EMTs and Paramedics. - And of course, Uncle Pat! We also extend our appreciation to Good Sam or Passport America members by offering a 5% discount on nightly and weekly bookings. * (Remember, discounts can only be applied when reserving by phone or in person reservations). **If you are one of the 72 living Medal of Honor recipients, please contact us. Your stay is always FREE and your privacy is always respected.**

Guidelines

This is a family campground and we respect all of our guests. Common courtesy and kindness go a long way. Please be considerate your neighbors. If you see any concerning activity, please inform the office.

Please take a moment to read through our park policies. Infringement of any policy forfeits your stay with us.
Check In: 2:00 pm Check Out: 11:00 am Quiet Time: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. 5 mph speed limit, park wide, is strictly enforced. Pets are permitted on a 6-foot leash. Please pick up after your pet and do not leave your pet unattended. A $25 fee will be issued for not cleaning up after your pet. Vicious pets are not allowed and all pet decisions are left at the discretion of the staff. Please do not drive on the grass. Please keep sites clean and tidy. Refrigerators, non-operational vehicles and miscellaneous items may not be placed outside of camper. Screen rooms, awning rooms, mats, tents, etc. should be approved at office before installing. Only US issue American flags and major military service flags (Army, Navy, Air Force, USMC, and Coast Guard) are authorized. RVs must have working toilet and shower capability. Sewer connections must be covered at all times and be fit tightly. Please do not drop debris in sewer lines. No illegal content downloading authorized. We have a robust firewall proxy which monitors all internet traffic. Place trash in dumpsters. To keep varmints away, we ask that no trash be left outside. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. By choosing to stay with us, you understand that we are not responsible for any accidents or for damage to your property.

Payment Schedule

100% due at time of booking. Remaining balance: Due later Cancellation Policy: 80% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. Damage deposit: No damage deposit is due.

Monthly Guests: Please call us toll free at 844-453-5247 to reserve your spot. Our monthly rates are: $475 + electricity for Normal RV sites. $600 + electricity for Pull-Through sites.

Each site is individually metered. We provide invoices at the end of each month, and you will be billed .13 cents per kilowatt/hour. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your monthly site. Cancellations for monthly reservations will forfeit entire deposit. Weekly and Nightly Guests:

Rates are all-inclusive and the same year-round. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive an 80% refund.
