Check-In time is 1:00pm Check-Out time is 12:00pm RV sites include 30/50 electric (excluding monthly rentals), water, Wi-Fi, sewer, cable. Monthly rentals will be responsible for Electricity @ .16 KWH upon checking out. RV rates based on 4 people, extra people (5 years and up ) are $5/person, per night. Maximum of 6 people per site. One night deposit is required for daily & weekly stays. Premium sites require a 25 foot sewer hose. Rigs older then 10 years must be pre-approved. 72 hour cancellation notice required on all reservations with a $35 fee. 14 day cancellation notice required on holiday dates with a $45 fee. 30 day cancellation notice required on monthly reservations with a $100 fee. 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends. * Rates subject to change without notice Rates do not include 11.5% tax
